Technology Enablement Manager Belfast (Hybrid) Salary: £ + Benefits We are working with a reputable employer to recruit a Technology Enablement Manager to join their Future Power Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead innovation and enable the technologies needed to deliver a secure, flexible and fully decarbonised electricity system across Northern Ireland and the all-island market. The Role You will lead a team of engineers and analysts focused on evaluating emerging technologies and supporting their integration into power system operations. Key responsibilities include: *Leading technology evaluation and innovation initiatives. *Supporting the introduction of new tools and operational practices. *Managing a portfolio of projects, including planning, budgets and risk. *Representing the organisation at industry forums and working groups. *Building strong partnerships across the energy sector. *Promoting a collaborative and high-performing team culture. About You *Degree in engineering, economics, mathematics or similar, with 8+ years relevant experience. *Understanding of innovation processes and/or energy systems. *Knowledge of system flexibility technologies, such as storage or interconnection. *Leadership and project/programme management experience. *Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
