JOB PURPOSE
As Prada Stock Controller, you support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI’s and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product. You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and team target, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs for both in store and on e‑commerce channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
Day‑to‑day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency
Prepare shop‑to‑shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines
Prepare the flow of E‑Commerce orders (Prada.com or e‑Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levels
Prepare the flow of damaged, non‑sellable, and repair products (On Hold, Consignment …)
Organise Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems
Organise the Display Objects system
Participate in the correct management of Uniforms and Gifts flow
Protect and package the product inside the store and for transfers, including E‑Commerce shipments
Ensure theft guidelines are adopted, documenting communication as required
Support investigation of system negatives promptly
Record product flow and related documentation in the IT system
Assist in the organisation and execution of Physical and Cycle Inventories of finished product and accessory locations, respecting company timing
Support warehouse activities related to sales
Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
Collaborate with the Store Manager and Operations Manager to optimise and rationalise available space
Support Sales Associates and the Visual Merchandising team as needed
Maintain contacts and relationships with suppliers
Update and organise the archive on a monthly basis
Comply with KPI updates, guidelines and company procedures from relevant managers or Headquarters
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
Understanding of luxury customer service
Experience building long‑lasting client relationships
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
