We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary ECT to join a school in Harrow this January in a cover teacher / HLTA capacity . This Primary ECT role offers the chance to lead classes across the primary phase (Reception to Year 6), supporting learning and pupil development while being guided by experienced staff. Its an excellent opportunity to develop teaching skills, gain confidence in the classroom, and build your career as a teacher.
The Role | Primary ECT: Cover classes across all year groups using teachers planning to support learning. Work with individual pupils or small groups to promote confidence, independence, and inclusion. Promote a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
