Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that cater to the needs of all students. Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic and personal growth. Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to enhance the educational experience of the students. Participate in school events, activities, and professional development opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher or similar role. Strong understanding of the primary education curriculum and teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
