Responsibilities of this Primary School Teacher role: Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives. Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks. Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects. Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
