Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday Start Date: ASAP / Flexible Pay: £(Apply online only) per week

Empowering Learning are recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive Primary School in the Wythenshawe area of Manchester. This is a full-time role supporting pupils across the school and working closely with class teachers to support learning and development.

This opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with children, and is looking to gain or build on experience within a primary school setting.

The Role:

Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

Working with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required

Assisting with the delivery of lessons and learning activities

Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

Supporting behaviour management and school routines

Providing pastoral support to pupils when needed

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children in a school or similar setting

Be enthusiastic, patient and approachable

Have strong communication and teamwork skills

Be reliable, proactive and adaptable

Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
