What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a small team of consultants, supporting performance, growth, and wellbeing
  • Oversee end‑to‑end consultancy delivery, ensuring high‑quality implementations aligned to scope
  • Act as the senior escalation point, resolving complex technical and functional challenges
  • Manage team capacity, workload, and utilisation across multiple projects
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure clear communication, governance, and successful outcomes

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience delivering complex SaaS, HRIS, or payroll implementations
  • Strong expertise in solution design, configuration, and/or data migration
  • Hands‑on experience with payroll and HRIS systems
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and clear communication skillsStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving ability
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality documentation
  • Commercial awareness of scope, effort, and delivery best practice
  • Familiarity with delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. Freshdesk, ClickUp, Toggl)
