What you’ll do

The Principal Consultant is a senior expert and people leader within Client Onboarding. They own how our solutions are designed, configured, migrated, and delivered to clients. This role combines deep product and functional expertise with leadership of a small consultancy team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a small team of consultants, supporting performance, growth, and wellbeing
  • Oversee end-to-end consultancy delivery, ensuring high-quality implementations aligned to scope
  • Act as the senior escalation point, resolving complex technical and functional challenges
  • Manage team capacity, workload, and utilisation across multiple projects
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure clear communication, governance, and successful outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience delivering complex SaaS, HRIS, or payroll implementations
  • Strong expertise in solution design, configuration, and/or data migration
  • Hands‑on experience with payroll and HRIS systems
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and clear communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving ability
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality documentation
  • Commercial awareness of scope, effort, and delivery best practice
  • Familiarity with delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. Freshdesk, ClickUp, Toggl)
