Principal Delivery Manager

to lead large-scale digital transformation projects across the public and private sectors.

What you'll do:

Set the vision and strategy for multi-million-pound agile delivery programmes Inspire and support high-performing teams while promoting a positive culture Build strong, trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders Drive value-add initiatives and shape future business opportunities Ensure robust governance and project health throughout the lifecycle What we're looking for:

5+ years delivering digital transformation projects (web/mobile) Consultancy background with strong commercial acumen Proven experience managing £1M+ budgets A track record of growing accounts and spotting new opportunities Expertise across agile delivery, governance, and people leadership Desirable: Experience in healthcare, government or commercial sectors, and a recognised PM certification.
