Due to recent growth and internal changes, they’re now seeking a confident and experienced Principal Designer & CDM Advisor to join their London team. The Principal Designer & CDM Advisor will be responsible for: - Delivering CDM consultancy services in line with CDM 2015 regulations across a range of construction projects. - Conducting site inspections and advising clients on health & safety compliance throughout all RIBA stages. - Reviewing designs and compiling health & safety files to ensure regulatory compliance. - Supporting internal teams with audits, risk assessments, and method statements. ...
