You’ll be managing a Secondary Schools desk, building strong relationships with both schools and candidates. This market is thriving, and we need someone who’s ready to take ownership, drive growth, and make their mark.

The Role

As a Principal Consultant, you’ll step into a 360° role with a clear progression path — whether you aim to become a Managing Consultant or the top biller in your team. The choice is yours!

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building and managing client relationships
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Driving business development and market growth
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle

You’ll be a key player in shaping and expanding our Secondary division across the region.
