Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Lead job briefings and advise clients on technical requirements, projects, and candidate profiles.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior consultants, shape the recruitment process, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Business Development: Open new accounts, build relationships in Insurance and Tech markets, and collaborate with our interim team.
  • Delivery & Closing: Manage your own desk while supporting the wider team in negotiations and placements.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Insurance recruitment, ideally with 4+ years in Technology recruitment.
  • Comfort opening doors across Lloyds, Claims, Actuarial, Legal and related functions.
  • Strong business development skills – able to grow accounts and generate new opportunities.
  • Hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and self‑motivated, able to balance delivery with team leadership.
  • Alignment with our ‘Good Human’ ethos – supportive, humble, and team‑first.
