Senior/Principal Consultant – GTM/Sales/Marketing Recruitment (Soho, hybrid 3 days a week in London)

We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our team. We are open to people moving from different recruitment markets, but you must have contingent agency recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
• Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Managing a full‑cycle recruitment process.
• Appreciating and providing thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
• Managing complex negotiations.
• Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
• Positively promoting the 3Search brand in the market.
• Acting as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
• Supporting the manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated success in delivering against individual revenue targets.
• Experience as a 180/360 recruiter in an agency.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates and clients.
• High motivation to achieve development goals.
