Private Client Paralegal / Compliance Assistant

Location: Wiltshire (office-based with some flexibility)

Salary: £28,000 £30,000 (DOE)

TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit a Private Client Paralegal / Compliance Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking a long-term, career-focused role within a supportive and reputable Private Client team.

The Role

You will play a key role supporting the Private Client department, combining fee-earning support with compliance-related responsibilities. This is a varied position offering exposure to a broad range of work, including:

  • Assisting with a caseload of Private Client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Supporting fee earners with file management and client liaison
  • Assisting with compliance processes, file reviews, and regulatory procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal standards

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who:

  • Have previous experience as a Paralegal within Private Client
  • Are looking for a long-term paralegal career path (rather than a training contract route)
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Are confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Have an interest in compliance and regulatory processes
