Location: Wiltshire (office-based with some flexibility)
Salary: £28,000 £30,000 (DOE)
TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit a Private Client Paralegal / Compliance Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking a long-term, career-focused role within a supportive and reputable Private Client team.
The Role
You will play a key role supporting the Private Client department, combining fee-earning support with compliance-related responsibilities. This is a varied position offering exposure to a broad range of work, including:
Assisting with a caseload of Private Client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Supporting fee earners with file management and client liaison
Assisting with compliance processes, file reviews, and regulatory procedures
Ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal standards
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who:
Have previous experience as a Paralegal within Private Client
Are looking for a long-term paralegal career path (rather than a training contract route)
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Are confident working both independently and as part of a team
Have an interest in compliance and regulatory processes
