The Role:
You will handle a diverse, high-quality caseload of Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax Planning matters, while contributing to the department's strategic development and mentoring Junior Solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- \n
- Drafting complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and succession structures
- Administering trusts and estates, including complex and cross-border matters
- Advising on Court of Protection applications
- Overseeing trust and estate accounting and compliance
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
About You:
- \n
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years' PQE in Private Client Law
- Proven experience handling complex, high-value estate and trust work
- Strong leadership and client relationship skills
- STEP qualification desirable but not essential
- Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to play a strategic role in the firm's growth
