The role:
As Process Engineer, you will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing waste and ensuring robust, repeatable processes across the site.
Key responsibilities will include:
Analysing and improving existing manufacturing processes Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma methodology) Supporting new product introduction (NPI) from a process perspective Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Developing and maintaining process documentation and SOPs Collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Quality and Engineering teams Driving cost reduction and productivity improvement projects Supporting CAPEX and equipment validation activitiesThe person:
Proven experience as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles Experience with continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5 Why, FMEA etc.) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Experience working with automated or semi-automated production processes Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsWhy this role?
