Procurement Manager – Housing Repairs & Maintenance

London / Hybrid

6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 - £42.14 PAYE or £57.03 Limited/Umbrella



We’re supporting a large public-sector housing organisation to appoint an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and contract management across a busy Repairs & Maintenance service.


This role plays a key part in ensuring value for money, legal compliance, and the effective delivery of works that keep homes safe, compliant, and well maintained.


Key focus areas include:

  • End-to-end procurement for repairs, maintenance, and building services
  • Managing and improving contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensuring compliance with Public Contracts Regulations (2015)
  • Supporting operational teams across responsive repairs, voids, damp & mould, and disrepair
  • Driving value, innovation, and social value through contracts


Ideal background:

  • Strong procurement experience within housing, construction, or public sector repairs
  • Solid knowledge of PCR 2015 and governance frameworks
  • Proven contract and supplier performance management experience
  • Familiarity with NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Confident stakeholder manager able to work at pace
