Procurement Manager

London - 3 days per week (flexible locations)

£65,000 per annum + package


JSS are partnering with a premium, multi-site hospitality brand in London to appoint a Procurement Manager.


This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading procurement across a diverse spend portfolio including facilities management, maintenance, engineering services, HR, product, and general operations.


The role will suit a commercially minded procurement professional who can balance cost optimisation with quality and brand standards, while building strong supplier partnerships in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


Key areas of focus include:

• Strategic sourcing and category management

• Supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management

• Facilities, maintenance, and engineering procurement

• Supporting capital projects and multi-site operations

• Driving governance, compliance, and third-party risk management


We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement role

• Strong exposure to FM, engineering, or operational procurement categories

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
