Our client a leading payments company, in Central London are looking for a Product Designer. You will work closely with Product Managers, Senior Designers, and Engineers to support the creation of intuitive, beautiful, and effective user experiences. You’ll be hands-on across both UI and UX design, from wireframing and prototyping to supporting design system updates and contributing ideas to improve our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Support user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other Designers to improve features and experiences
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system
• Translate complex requirements into clean, usable designs
• Deliver polished UI designs and graphical assets for development teams
• Participate in design reviews and team brainstorming sessions
• Help map customer journeys and suggest UX improvements
• Stay up to date with trends in design, UI tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Design, UI/UX, or similar role
• A portfolio showcasing both UI and UX design work
• Comfortable using Figma and similar design tools
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
• Passion for solving user problems and improving digital experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-moving environment
• Bonus: experience working in B2B, FinTech, or financial services is a plus

This is a permanent opportunity based in central London, offering a flexible hybrid working model, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
