AlignProduct,Sales,MarketingandCustomerSuccessaroundsharedobjectivesandlaunchmilestones. Ensureeverylaunchisevidence-basedandmeasuredbyadoption,pipelinecontributionandrevenueimpact. Marketandcompetitiveinsight Conductbuyerresearch,win/lossanalysisandcompetitormonitoring. Maintainup-to-datebattlecards,personasandsegmentationframeworks. Translateinsightintopracticalrecommendationsthatinfluencepricing,packagingandroadmappriorities.
