  • Leadend-to-endgo-to-marketplansforproductlaunches,enhancementsandpropositions.
  • AlignProduct,Sales,MarketingandCustomerSuccessaroundsharedobjectivesandlaunchmilestones.
  • Ensureeverylaunchisevidence-basedandmeasuredbyadoption,pipelinecontributionandrevenueimpact.

Marketandcompetitiveinsight

  • Conductbuyerresearch,win/lossanalysisandcompetitormonitoring.
  • Maintainup-to-datebattlecards,personasandsegmentationframeworks.
  • Translateinsightintopracticalrecommendationsthatinfluencepricing,packagingandroadmappriorities.

Salesenablementandvaluearticulation

  • Developtoolsthathelpsalesteamssellonvalue,notfeatures.
  • Creatediscoveryguides,valuepropositions,objection-handlingframeworksandbusinesscasesupportmaterials.
  • PartnerwithSalestoembedconsistent,confidentproductstorytelling.
