This is an exciting opportunity to drive product transformation initiatives and oversee critical account opening processes within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The role is based in Manchester (three days in the office). Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities. Lead product transformation projects, delivering innovative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Product Owner within financial services or legal sectors. Strong background in account opening processes and associated workflows. Demonstrated success in product transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
