Role Overview
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality technical support and driving product excellence? We’re looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our global team, providing expert guidance on our steam thermal solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting our operating companies and end-users, especially during the commercialisation of new products. You’ll be at the heart of technical problem-solving, training, and continuous improvement.
Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
- Providing technical support for our global product range, particularly in steam thermal solutions.
- Managing and resolving issues related to mechanical and electromechanical products, including hardware for industrial steam, fluid, and temperature applications.
- Supporting local sales companies through training, workshops, and remote or on-site meetings.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes and product/system development.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Maintaining and developing technical documentation for both internal and end-user audiences.
- Customer-facing technical support in industrial or engineering environments.
- Designing, commissioning, or supporting Thermal Energy Solutions systems.
- Experience with industrial monitoring, automation, and control systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical/electromechanical products and industrial hardware.
- Understanding of industrial communication systems, including BMS and cloud-based monitoring.
