The Role We are seeking a Production Chef de Partie – Day to join our premium production kitchen. This is a hands‑on role ideal for a chef who enjoys high‑quality food production and thrives a fast‑paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering consistent, premium food at scale, and ensuring production is completed efficiently and to the highest standards for clients. Key Responsibilities

Produce high‑quality food across all areas of daytime production Follow established recipes, specifications, and production schedules Maintain consistency, portion control, and attention to detail in all output Support daily production targets and deadlines Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met and maintained Keep work areas clean, organised, and production‑ready throughout the day Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations Be flexible and adaptable as production needs and volumes evolve

About You

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP in a high-volume or production‑led kitchen Comfortable working across multiple areas of the kitchen rather than a single station Organised, efficient, and able to manage varied tasks throughout the day Passionate about food quality, consistency, and working with premium ingredients A reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude Comfortable working in a daytime production environmentEnthusiastic about joining a new and growing premium food business
