Production Manager

Our electronics manufacturing client is currently seeking a Production Manager to assist with their exciting growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory/management experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.

A HND or Degree is also preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electronics background, good leadership skills and ambition to grow. There are growth opportunities within this role, so the ideal candidate will have ambition to develop and excellent communication skills.

* You will be responsible for circa 40 staff members.

* Lead, Coach and develop team members

* Foster a positive team environment

* Ensure adherence to quality control standards

* Manage machine maintenance, deal with breakdowns and minimise downtime

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

* Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods (5s & six sigma)

Hours:
Monday - Friday
07:30am - 16:00pm

Salary:
£40,000p/a - £50,000p/a
