Production Manager

Our electronics manufacturing client is currently seeking a Production Managertoassist with their exciting growth plans. The ideal candidate will have supervisory/management experience within an electronics manufacturing environment. A HND or Degree is also preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electronics background, good leadership skills and ambition to grow. There are growth opportunities within this role, so the ideal candidate will have ambition to develop and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for circa 40 staff members.
Lead, Coach and develop team members
Foster a positive team environment
Ensure adherence to quality control standards
Manage machine maintenance, deal with breakdowns and minimise downtime
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Familiarity with lean manufacturing methods (5s & six sigma)
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm Salary: £40,000p/a - £50,000p/a
