Exclusive staffing partner to an award-winning manufacturer of Asian cuisines, products & ingredients. Due to growth and promotions, we are helping them to uncover their next captain of Production with an experienced Manager who can help them streamline their already successful production facility.
The duties of the successful Production Manager will include;
Manage the day to day functions of the production area, machines & team of 100 operatives
Carry out continuous improvement analysis to identify areas of improvement and offer cost, waste saving initiatives
Advise on areas of improvement on quality
Liaise with all department managers & stakeholders to improve on all areas of the business
Create production plans using historic data, current trends and provide forecasting of production, costs & profitability
Adhere to all SOPs, GMP & health and safety legislation
Manage the workforce and ensure labour levels are correct
Complete all necessary paperwork & admin functions
Take a lead on all audits
Monday to Friday 8am 5pm (some flexibility given)

Proven experience managing the workforce of a BRC / SALSA accredited food factory
Strong IT skills and able to use stock management software
Able to communicate clearly in English & Mandarin
