Production Supervisor – Outskirts Maidstone Salary: £35,569 per annum (£15.20 per hour) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (45 hours per week) Holiday: 25 days + 8 public holidays
We’re hiring on behalf of our client for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join their growing operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about quality, efficiency, and team wellbeing.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Production Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping both automated and manual production lines running smoothly. You’ll act as the first point of contact for production teams, providing day-to-day support, driving performance, and ensuring high standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities
