I’m partnering exclusively with a valued client to recruit an experienced Production Team Leader to join their fast-paced manufacturing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Duties and responsibilities
Ensure the working practices and duties are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation and company policies
Identify any skill gaps and ensure the team are trained to maintain a minimum qualified level of resource to achieve business needs
Lead, motivate and influence team members to achieve daily quality and production targets
Ensure the team are effectively used on the line - rotating where needed and deploying skills where they are needed
Encourage and support the team, raising and resolving issues quickly and effectively using company policies and leadership skills
