Job Title: Production Team Leader

Salary: Hourly rate - £15.08 plus £25 shift premium per week
Job type: Full time, Temp role for 12 Months covering maternity. 40 hours per week, 10 hours per day. Hours are 2.15 PM until 12.15 AM - Monday to Thursday.
Working out of our state-of-the-art 240,000 ft² facility in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, we fabricate more than 1,750 sash windows a week and supply over 3,000 trade customers. Quite simply, we are the largest sash window manufacturer in Europe. We are the only manufacturers of ECOSlide PVC-U sash windows, the leading sash window system on the market. Our PVC-U vertical sliding sash windows provide long lasting durability, making them a truly outstanding addition to any property.
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve production and quality targets while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires effective leadership, coaching, and communication to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the department.
