We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgwater (TA6).Salary £41,528.45pa (basic £37,753.13 and shift premium of £3,775.32)4 on 4 off Shift pattern Rotating Days and Nights 06:30 to 18:30 & 18:30 to 06:30Permanent role and working on average 42 hours per weekBenefits: 22 days holiday (including bank holidays), Company pension scheme, Healthcare options, and access to Discount & Offers Platform.As a Production Team Lead, you will be a key leader on the production floor, directly responsible for a team of 9. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production lines and processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team to achieve production targets.You will support changeovers and asset care activities, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. A large part of your role will involve people management, including conducting training, performance reviews, and development plans to ensure your team is skilled and engaged.We are looking for a confident leader with strong people management skills and solid technical awareness of manufacturing equipment. You will be a decisive problem-solver, comfortable working in a dynamic environment to ensure production plans are delivered in full.Ideally you will be an experienced production team leader with at least 1 years experience.
