Production Worker

Shift Times: Monday - Friday 06:30- 14:30 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 per hour after 12 weeks on site) Location: Horsham Overview of the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join the FAG team on the AM shift. This role involves operating machinery to build and test finished goods within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meet standard build times, and maintain high quality standards at all times. This is a long-term opportunity with progression and development available for committed team members. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Run machines and test finished goods in line with SOPs and standard build times Carry out visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards Operate test equipment and accurately interpret pass/fail criteria Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety protocols Participate in daily shift briefings and end-of-shift handovers Work collaboratively within a team of approximately 10 colleagues under a structured shift management systemSkills & Qualifications:
