About the Role What Youll Do
As Project & Facilities Manager , you will take full ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance, facilities, and capital expenditure projects across the restaurant. You will play a critical role in ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards expected of a luxury hospitality environment.
You will:
Lead and manage all facilities, maintenance, and Capex projects from concept through to completion
Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to define project scope, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Manage maintenance callouts, contractor relationships, and follow-up actions to minimise operational disruption
Monitor costs, obtain quotes, and ensure financial control across projects and facilities expenditure
Maintain accurate project trackers, documentation, and reporting for leadership visibility
Ensure the premises are maintained to the highest standard, reflecting Amazonicos luxury brand
Act as a key operational support to the business, proactively identifying improvements and efficiencies
What Were Looking For Previous experience in a Facilities Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end environments
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance programmes, and capital projects
Good understanding of Health & Safety compliance and facilities best practices
Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and cost control
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong accountability and ownership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on approach and willingness to support operational needs when required
