About The Role:

Our client, known for their residential schemes across London, is seeking a Project Architect with housing experience to join their social and collaborative team.


Working closely with the Project Associate, the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and coordinating low-rise housing projects across London and the UK, while managing a team. The successful candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and will act as the main point of contact for projects, liaising with consultants from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in UK-based housing projects is essential, from planning through to delivery stages
  • Experience of working closely with the Project Associate when delivering residential-led schemes from early design stages through to technical and construction tender packages
  • Confidently communicating design intentions when leading the internal team and liaising with external clients, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Ability to present ideas confidently when developing designs through drawing and digital communication
  • Proven experience in producing packages in Revit


Key Skills / Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional practice experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential for the role
  • Confident understanding of the planning process within the UK
  • Confidence in client-facing liaison and prior experience in coordination with external subconsultants
