The successful candidate will hold full responsibility for the strategic, commercial, technical, and operational delivery of a multi‑year, multi‑contract programme involving submarine cable systems, land cable installation, and associated civil/electrical works.
This role requires an exceptional leader with a strong track record delivering complex EPC projects within the power transmission, offshore wind, subsea cable, or large infrastructure sectors.

- Represent the project at high‑level technical, safety, and commercial meetings.
- Ensure transparent reporting and alignment between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
4. HSQE & Compliance
- Champion a culture of safety excellence across all onshore and offshore operations.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, marine, and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee risk assessments, contingency plans, and emergency response protocols.
5. Team Leadership & Organisational Development
- Build and lead a high‑performing multidisciplinary project organisation.
- Mentor project managers, engineers, planners, and support functions.
- Promote collaboration between international offices, manufacturing sites, and site‑based teams.
Required Experience & Qualifications

- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage contracts, negotiate claims, and control project budgets.
- Highly effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and team‑building capabilities.
