The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering commercial and hospitality/leisure projects, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering commercial and leisure projects from feasibility through to completion Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Managing project programmes, budgets, and risk Acting as the main point of contact for clients Preparing reports and attending client meetings

The Project Manager

The ideal Project Manager will have consultancy experience and a background in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar Ideally working towards MRICS, MAPM or equivalent Experience delivering commercial, retail, or hospitality projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
