About the Role Our client, a reputable regional building contractor,are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new £10 million industrial unit in Manchester. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
Monitor project schedules, cost control, and progress reports
Chair site and client meetings; manage stakeholder expectations
Oversee health & safety compliance and risk management on site
Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and contracts
Liaise closely with the commercial team on procurement and variations
