Role: Contract Project Manager

We’re working with a fast-moving, transformation-led organisation looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial, technology, product and financial initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who’s confident operating in ambiguity, thrives in high-change environments, and takes a pragmatic, outcomes-first approach to delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning projects end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery and commercial launch
• Balancing commercial priorities with technical execution across product, engineering and operations
• Applying Agile principles pragmatically to drive iterative delivery and real business value
• Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, translating complexity into clear decisions
• Managing risk, governance, budgets and benefits realisation with confidence
• Coaching teams and continuously refining delivery approaches as priorities shift

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex projects (commercial, technical or financial)
• Strong background in financial services or regulated environments
• Experience across Agile, hybrid and non-technical delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level influencing skills
• Solid financial acumen (budgets, forecasting, ROI)
• Comfortable wearing both Project Manager and Scrum Master-style hats when needed

Qualifications:

• Formal Project Management qualification (PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
• Agile qualification (Scrum Master, SAFe, AgilePM, or similar)
