Job Advert: Project Manager IAM (Financial Services) Sheffield | 6-Month Initial Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid 3 Days Onsite A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager IAM to join their large-scale transformation programme. This role will focus on driving the successful delivery and adoption of Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities across global business and technology teams. Youll be joining a high-performing programme environment, taking responsibility for one of the IAM workstreams and ensuring delivery against agreed scope, schedule, and quality.

Key Responsibilities Manage an IAM workstream and support the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global Functions.

Use standard project management practices, ensuring JIRA and Confluence artefacts are kept up to date.

Support the team in identifying and unblocking issues impacting progress.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the IAM programme.

Lead internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on defined scope.

Engage with business and technology stakeholders to agree delivery priorities.
