Job Description

An award-winning residential developer with a strong pipeline across Greater London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a multi-phase residential development in the South West London area.

The role will involve full day-to-day responsibility for site delivery, including programme management, quality control, health & safety, and subcontractor coordination. You will lead an onsite team of Site Mangers, maintain high standards of site presentation, and ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, UK Building Regulations, and NHBC requirements.

Applicants must have proven experience delivering multi-unit traditional build residential schemes at Project Manager level.

You will be a confident, hands-on leader, capable of managing subcontractors effectively and producing accurate site and progress reports.
