Senior Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and software projects within a secure environment Acting as the key link between engineering teams, senior stakeholders and customers Managing contracts, budgets, schedules and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes Supporting business development activity, from early engagement through to contract award Driving robust project governance across scope, risk, quality, procurement and financial controls Monitoring cost performance and forecasting to maintain accurate estimates at completion Building strong relationships with partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
Main Skills Needed:
Proven experience managing projects within engineering, software or defence-led environments Strong leadership capability with the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams Solid background in customer and stakeholder management Confident managing financial tracking, forecasting and commercial performance Technical degree (or equivalent experience) Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK SC clearance (UK citizenship required)
