Project Manager Northampton, London or Surrey (with regular UK site travel) Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 DOE

An established and growing construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with a strong infrastructure background and proven vertical build experience to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across complex infrastructure schemes while confidently engaging with building-led elements such as stations, depots, residential, industrial or commercial assets.

\n

You'll be trusted to take ownership of projects from early-stage planning through to delivery on site, combining technical understanding with strong client-facing and leadership skills.

\n

The Role You will deliver a diverse portfolio of infrastructure-led projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Employers Agents and Quantity Surveyors.

Key responsibilities include:

\n

\n Managing the delivery of infrastructure projects with integrated vertical build elements from concept to completion \n

\n

\n Leading project programmes, budgets, scope and risk to ensure successful outcomes \n

\n

\n Coordinating design and construction teams across infrastructure and building disciplines \n

\n

\n Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships \n

\n

\n Overseeing site activity and supporting delivery teams to maintain quality, safety and programme \n

\n

\n Working under NEC and JCT forms of contract, ensuring compliance and best practice \n

\n

\n Supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members \n

\n

About You You will be an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable operating across infrastructure and build environments and enjoys being present on site as well as in client meetings.

\n

As the successful you will ideally have:

\n

\n 4+ years' experience in Project Management within infrastructure, with demonstrable vertical build and other built environment exposure (e.g. residential, commercial, mixed-use etc.) \n

\n

\n Chartered status (or working towards) with a recognised construction or engineering professional body \n

\n

\n Strong working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts \n

\n

\n Excellent organisational and communication skills \n

\n

\n A proactive, confident approach and a collaborative mindset \n

\n

\n A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally \n

\n
