Job Description
A Project Manager is required to join a well-established construction consultancy based in Manchester. This Project Manager position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality residential and commercial schemes throughout the North West. The Project Manager will work across multiple live projects and will be given real responsibility from day one.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.\n\nThis Project Manager will join a forward-thinking consultancy known for its collaborative culture and repeat client base and will take ownership of projects ranging from £10m-£60m. \n\nThe Project Manager's role\n\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for:\n\nLeading projects through RIBA stages\n\nManaging consultant teams\n\nAdministering JCT building contracts\n\nMonitoring programme and cost\n\nChairing meetings\n\nReporting to clients and stakeholders\n\nThe Project Manager\n\nThe Project Manager will have:\n\nA construction-related degree\n\nMRICS, MCIOB or MAPM (or working towards)\n\n2-6 years' consultancy experience\n\nStrong contract administration experience\n\nCommercial awareness\n\nIn Return?\n\n£45,000 - £55,000\n\nCar allowance\n\nPension\n\nBonus\n\nFast Career progression\n\nProject Manager | Manchester | Construction Consultancy | Commercial Projects | Residential | MRICS
