Small Works Project Manager Opportunity - Commercial Fit Out - Canary Wharf/Central London\n\nMK Search are working closely with a leading turnkey contractor who are looking to engage with an experienced Small Works Project Manager for their London team. The company in question have a strong reputation in the commercial fit out, data centre, retail and healthcare sectors and are currently experiencing a growth period.\n\nYou will be joining a well established business who have long standing relationships with prestigious end users and main contractors, who have a deep rooted history in M&E delivery and full turnkey project solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Liaise regularly with the Account Manager and stakeholders to manage project documentation and progress.\n\n * Receive and process pricing documentation, ensuring job numbers are raised and data uploaded to project trackers/databases.\n\n * Review project scopes and undertake initial site surveys as required.\n\n * Coordinate quotations — issuing pricing requests to subcontractors/suppliers, reviewing returns for accuracy, and challenging costs where needed.\n\n * Prepare and issue small works quotations to clients within agreed timelines.\n\n * Manage purchase orders and coordinate with project admin to issue job packs and approvals to delivery teams.\n\n * Maintain accurate project and site trackers; update clients and internal teams in weekly meetings.\n\n * Ensure all RAMS, permits, and H&S documentation are approved before site works begin.\n\n * Coordinate all disciplines to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.\n\n * Conduct quality control inspections, prepare snagging schedules, and manage client handover and sign-off.\n\n * Ensure all documentation (test certificates, commissioning records, drawings, handover sheets) is complete and issued to the client.\n\n * Collaborate with commercial teams for timely invoicing and accurate job costing.\n\n * Support internal H&S audits and close out any corrective actions.\n\nIf this would be of interest, please apply to find out more
