Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:We are looking for a Project Manager for either a permanent or long-term contract based with our client in Reading.Immediate start available (subject to interview process)Day rate it £500 per day or Salary Circa £130,000 per annumYou need to have a good understanding of Utility, Water Sector and Construction.The ideal candidate will need a good understanding of planning, NEC4 Contracts, Programming to a degree, labour management and overall managing skill.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning and delivery of Utility, Water and Construction projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and framework partnersDevelop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resourcesMonitor on-site progress and address any delivery challengesCoordinate subcontractors and internal delivery teamsManage project completion, handover, and final account processesQualificationsSSSTS Or SMSTS qualificationFirst Aid trainedIn date EUSR Card Experience delivering projects within the water, utilities, or civil infrastructure sectorsStrong understanding of construction project deliveryExperience working within NEC4 contract environments Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in Construction / Project ManagementStrong stakeholder and client management skillsFull UK driving licenceDutton Recruitment are working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client.JBRP1_UKTJ
