We are working exclusively with a highly regarded, privately owned European construction group to appoint an experienced Project Manager for their growing UK fit-out division for their project based in Oxford.

Our client is part of a major international organisation headquartered in Germany, operating across more than 20 countries and employing over 7,000 people worldwide. The business is recognised as one of Europe’s leading full-service contractors specialising in high-end interior fit-out, façade systems, and technical building solutions.

With over 60 years of heritage, they deliver complex commercial and specialist projects across sectors including commercial offices, healthcare, education, laboratories, transport infrastructure, and high-specification environments. Their reputation is built on engineering excellence, turnkey delivery capability, and a strong commitment to sustainability and digital construction.
Due to continued growth in the UK market, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out packages and full turnkey schemes for their project in Oxford.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing full project lifecycle including programme, cost control, and risk management
Coordinating design, commercial, and site teams
Leading client and stakeholder meetings
Managing subcontractors and supply chain performance
Ensuring HSEQ compliance across all stages
Driving programme performance and technical quality Projects are typically high-specification commercial or specialist environments requiring strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
The Candidate We are looking to speak with experienced Project Managers who have:

Proven delivery experience within interior fit-out or specialist construction packages
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Experience managing projects in the £5m–£20m range (desirable)
Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Experience in complex environments such as laboratories, healthcare, education, or commercial office fit-outs would be advantageous.
