Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Joblogic, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large customer implementation projects. This role involves managing multiple customers facing engagements of varying complexity including onboarding, implementation, custom development and training to ensure that customers are set up for long-term success. Working closely with the Implementation and Customer Success teams, you will ensure all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate between internal teams and customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables for each implementation project.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring successful communication.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and Product) to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, monitoring progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and challenges during the project and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet Joblogic’s quality standards and that clients are satisfied with the implementation process.
- Budget Management: Ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated budget, while balancing resource allocation effectively.
- Post-Implementation Support: Facilitate the handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and continued client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates, including status reports and key milestones, to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience managing software implementation or customer-facing projects, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred
- Client-Facing Experience: Strong experience in managing client relationships and delivering projects in a customer-facing role.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments to achieve project goals.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects are delivered to high standards and meet customer expectations.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or similar software is desirable.
