To be considered for this role you are required to have 3 years surveying/project management experience. Roles and Responsibilities To assist and support the Building Surveying & Project Management Team. Where necessary, taking the lead on various size projects To develop specifications, technical drawings, health and safety and various other documentation for the purposes of tender and statutory approvals Undertake building surveys and diagnose typical building defects Identify appropriate repair strategies and cost appraisals Drafting technical reports and make appropriate recommendations Prepare, issue and advise upon contract documentation for JCT forms of contract Draft and issue project risk assessments Undertake condition surveys, asset management surveys, measured surveys and schedules of condition To undertake project management, contract administration and employers agent duties/functions Submit monitoring returns to central government funding body Undertake site inspections, attend and chair progress meetings and draft / distribute meeting minutes Produce reports on the progress of on site works Produce project financial monitoring statements for clie...
