We are looking for a Project Surveyor who can confidently manage commercial risk, support high-value sustainable projects, and build strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Surveyor, you will:Manage cost and contractual elements of decarbonisation projects, ensuring financial and environmental targets are achievedCarry out detailed cost analysis, forecasting and budget managementWork closely with engineers, architects, clients and contractors to support effective project deliveryMonitor budgets, manage risks and produce regular performance and financial reportsIdentify cost-saving opportunities that support decarbonisation objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project expectations are met and exceededQualifications & SkillsEssentialQualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related fieldStrong cost management and analytical skills with excellent attention to detailStrong commercial and financial awarenessDesirableConfident communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with a wide range of stakeholdersProactive and solutions-focused mindset, passionate about improving industry standardsMembership of a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS or similar)Experience working on sustainability-focused or decarbonisation projects#LI-DC1#LI-Hybrid#RMDFLJBRP1_UKTJ
